On Wednesday 7.12.2022, Institute “Mihajlo Pupin” Institute hosted a delegation from the “Nikola Tesla” Institute of Electrical Engineering, led by the director Dr. Dragan Kovačević, and his associates Srđan Milosavljević, director of the Electric Measures Center, Dr. Jasna Dragosavac, head of NIR, Dr. Maja Grbic, head of the Projects function, Dr. Zarko Janda, president of the Scientific Council and Vladimir Poluzanski, head of the digitization office.

The visit was organized as several paralel meetings, while in the introduction part of the meeting the general director of the Institute Mihajlo Pupin, Dr. Nikola Tomašević, presented the portfolio of the Institute Mihajlo Pupin and the results which are achieved on a number of national and international projects. The guests were then addressed by Dr. Marko Batić, assistant director for international cooperation and technology transfer, Dr. Valentina Janev, senior research associate, Dr. Željko Despotović, scientific advisor, and Aleksandar Car, one of the leads in the IMP- “Automatika”.

The presentations were followed by a fruitful exchange of scientific, research, and technological experiences, while the main topics addressed the Institute management strategies, and engagements in a number of national and international projects, with special attention on the possible digitalization strategies.

One of the main goals of the visit is to enhance and intensify the cooperation in the context of national and international research and commercial projects, especially in the field of energy, smart networks, and renewable energy sources.
