The Interreg IPA ADRION Open Call for Experimentation is now officially open and will accept applications until 20 October 2026.
The call was presented during the first thematic workshop of the GOTOTWIN project, held in Belgrade as part of the Tesla Innovation Days Conference. The workshop brought together researchers, industry representatives, and public sector stakeholders from across the Adriatic-Ionian region to exchange knowledge and showcase the four GOTOTWIN Living Labs.

During the event, participants also had the opportunity to explore the IMP Testbed, where Katarina Stanković and Marko Jelić presented the research infrastructure and technological capabilities of the Institute Mihajlo Pupin, highlighting its role within the GOTOTWIN project.
The Institute Mihajlo Pupin invites companies, researchers, and innovators to apply and take advantage of:
- Access to the Institute’s research infrastructure and available datasets;
- Free expert consultations and technical mentoring;
- Knowledge transfer in the fields of Digital Twins, Artificial Intelligence, and Renewable Energy.

The call supports experimentation in the following areas:
- Prediction and optimization of photovoltaic power plant performance;
- Wind farm optimization and predictive maintenance;
- Digital Twin applications in hydropower systems;
- Energy storage optimization;
- Artificial Intelligence and data analytics for the energy sector;
- Energy communities and prosumer models;
- Environmental monitoring using Digital Twin technologies.

The GOTOTWIN project aims to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy across the Adriatic-Ionian region by advancing Digital Twin technologies and strengthening collaboration between academia, industry, and the public sector.
The application deadline is 20 October 2026.
