A great team from the Institute Mihajlo Pupin took part in the Belgrade Marathon last weekend. Our runners were driven to the finish line by high spirits, perseverance, and strong team spirit, while Aleksandar Tomić, Miloš Milosavljević, and Đorđe Jovanović, went the distance in the full 42-kilometer marathon.
Many of us opted for the half marathon, and for several colleagues, it was their very first time taking on a course like this.
“Great results come from running in good company,” says Nina Grujić, who boasts an impressive running background. “Whenever we can organize it, we run together. It motivates me to share the run, to support and encourage one another. It’s the same at work, whenever we’re unsure about something, we always turn to our teammates first,” Nina adds.
From our headquarters in the Zvezdara Forest, through the streets of the capital, all the way to Republic Square, our colleagues showed that team spirit isn’t just nurtured on the track, but in everyday work as well.
Congratulations to all colleagues who completed the marathon, half marathon, and 10K race – we’re proud of you!
