A healthy working environment at our Institute begins with the location itself – we are situated in the heart of the Zvezdara Forest, often referred to as the “lungs of Belgrade.” In addition, our long tradition, extensive experience, and attentive approach to employees’ needs have enabled us to create an impressive range of benefits. This Friday, we highlight those who promote sportsmanship and team spirit.
Through the FitPass program, employees of the Mihajlo Pupin Institute have access to a wide range of sports and recreational activities. We are particularly proud of our football team, which once again represents the Institute in the IT League this season. Their participation confirms that team spirit is not built only in the office, through projects and modern solutions, but also on the playing field.
In their very first season, the team achieved outstanding success: they won the Belgrade league title and later the IT Cup of Serbia in Novi Sad, qualifying for the Euro Business Cup 2024 in Antalya. At the international tournament, they competed against teams from Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Turkey, gaining valuable experience while representing our company in the best possible light.

What makes this sports engagement even more meaningful is its humanitarian character. As winners of the IT League, employees of the Institute donated their prize to the University Children’s Hospital in Tiršova. In addition, at the initiative of the league, our employees participate every year in preparing New Year’s gift packages for the most vulnerable children.
This season, our employees will continue to strengthen team spirit, build connections with colleagues from other companies, and promote solidarity and fair play.
