Last week, the Railway College of Applied Sciences and Railway Technical School organized a Job and Internship Fair in the railway sector. The event brought together young people interested in building a career in railways and related fields, offering them the opportunity to connect with employers and explore internship and professional development options.
Among the many companies that used the fair to present their programs, internships, and job opportunities, the Institute Mihajlo Pupin also took part, showcasing its extensive railway portfolio.
Through a presentation of its railway solutions and participation in a panel discussion titled “Internships, Professional Training and Dual Education – How to Bridge the Gap Between Education and Industry,” engineers from the Mihajlo Pupin Institute had the opportunity to meet pupils and students, present the tools and technologies we use in our work, exchange contacts, and collect CVs from interested candidates.
