On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Military Technical Institute, Serbia’s leading research institution in the field of defense technologies, a formal ceremony was held yesterday in the Institute’s amphitheater.
The ceremony brought together representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Science, the Serbian Armed Forces, as well as numerous institutional and industry partners. The Mihajlo Pupin Institute received a Certificate of Appreciation for its contribution to the realization of the Institute’s strategic goals and activities.
The Director of the Military Technical Institute, Ivan Pokrajac, PhD, presented the acknowledgment to Nikola Tomašević, PhD EE, Director of the Mihajlo Pupin Institute.
“This recognition reaffirms our long-standing partnership with the Military Technical Institute in developing innovative technical solutions and technologies of importance for Serbia’s defense system. It also highlights the importance of cooperation between science, industry, and government institutions in advancing and modernizing national defense technologies,” said Director Tomašević.
