Young professionals entering the world of engineering after graduation are eager to put their knowledge into practice. One such opportunity was given to Teodora Nojić, a young engineer who joined IMP-Automatika in December 2024, shortly after graduating from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
Today, she is engaged in two major projects, TETO Zrenjanin and TENT A6, where she works on the implementation of turbine protection systems. In her daily work, she uses software tools such as EDICOPT, UNES5, and ImageEDITOR, building on the foundation she gained during her studies.
“Working in practice has given me a much deeper understanding of the technologies I first encountered at university. Every day brings new experiences and opportunities to expand my knowledge, and the support of colleagues and mentors was especially valuable at the beginning,” says Teodora.
IMP-Automatika provides an excellent environment for professional development, with expert colleagues, open communication, and strong team support.
For all young engineers who want to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful projects, this is the place that makes it possible. “Without hesitation, I would recommend IMP-Automatika to young engineers who want to advance their careers. Working on important projects, learning from experienced professionals, and contributing to critical systems – all of this makes it a great environment for professional growth,” concludes Teodora.
