Today, the Institute Mihajlo Pupin hosted a meeting with representatives from the Public Enterprise “Pošta Srbije” (Serbian Post). The meeting was attended by Predrag Milošević, Miroslav Jovanović, Goran Kokot, and Marko Vuletić.
They were welcomed by Nikola Tomašević, PhD, Director of the Institute, Bojan Papić, Director of IMP-Automatika, Vladimir Simeunović, Director of IMP-Computer Systems, and Valentina Janev, PhD, Senior Research Associate.

The Serbian Post representatives were introduced to some of the Institute’s most significant projects. Following the presentation, Executive Director Milošević emphasized the importance of the Institute’s involvement in implementing various joint projects with Pošta Srbije, particularly in the development and application of modern technological solutions.

The meeting addressed several topics, including energy efficiency in postal network facilities, information systems to support business processes, etc.

We discussed opportunities for modernization and digital transformation, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and enhancing the user experience. Building on a strong tradition of applying science in industry, we believe the Mihajlo Pupin Institute can play a vital role in improving the services of Pošta Srbije,” said Nikola Tomašević, PhD, Director of the Mihajlo Pupin Institute.
