The start of a new workweek is much easier when you spend the weekend before it in good company, with colleagues, doing what you love in a great atmosphere. The Mihajlo Pupin Institute believes that team spirit and an active lifestyle are key to achieving great business results, which is why it supported its employees’ participation in the 38th Belgrade Marathon.

Our colleagues participated in the marathon, half-marathon, 10km race, and also formed a team for the corporate relay race – each in their way, yet all together.

“When I first started running, struggling with all the beginner challenges, the sentence that helped me psychologically the most was: ‘Allow yourself to be bad at something you love doing.’ And it’s true – I’m not a fast runner, but little by little, without frustration, I increased my mileage and yesterday, I reached the finish line of my second marathon. Once again, I beat my own limits. I truly believe that when you dedicate yourself to something, you can achieve amazing things,” said Miloš Milosavljević, maintenance engineer for automatic control systems.

Yesterday’s marathon was more than just a race – it was a reminder that with team support, personal limits can be pushed.

With our participation at the 38th Belgrade marathon, the 2025 season has officially begun. See you on the next track!
