Last week, our team of specialists presented the ARS ROT vibration condition monitoring and protection system for rotating machines, as well as the BPC Overspeed Protection speed measurement and overspeed protection system. The presentation was attended by representatives of Thermal Power Plant “Morava”, including Goran Petrović, Head of Production Services, and Ratko Mrkić, Head of Production and Maintenance.
The ARS ROT system includes the Atlas BVM8 vibration measurement and protection module and the ARS VAiP software for vibration condition analysis. It enables continuous vibration monitoring and early detection of potential issues. Tracking the vibration condition gives real-time insights into machine status, allowing for efficient maintenance planning and providing valuable data for predictive maintenance strategies. This improves machine availability, extends their operational lifespan, and enhances overall plant efficiency.
The BPC Overspeed Protection system is a SIL3-certified overspeed detection device. It provides a fundamental layer of protection with a compact architecture and simple installation, offering advanced safety for various applications.
Our colleagues Đorđe Rađenović, Jovana Petrović Nešić, and Miloš Vojinović showcased robust and reliable hardware designed for demanding industrial environments. On the other hand, the intuitive and precise software allows for in-depth data analysis of both processes and equipment.
