For the past 12 years at IMP-Automatika, Dragana has been a key part of our Finance team, ensuring smooth financial operations and keeping a close eye on the cash flow and company performance.
„What I find most fulfilling about my job is ensuring financial operations run smoothly. Beyond that, successfully implementing new regulations and requirements proves that we’re keeping pace with the latest technological and procedural advancements in financial management. But what truly brings me joy is supporting my colleagues who are more focused on the technical side of the business—helping them navigate financial challenges so our projects can move forward more efficiently”, says Dragana.
