Last week, the Railway Technical School hosted a Job and Internship Fair, jointly organized by the secondary and higher education railway schools. The event brought together young people seeking careers in the railway sector and related fields, providing them opportunities to connect with employers and explore internship options.
Among the many companies that used the fair to showcase their programs, internships, and job opportunities was the Institute Mihajlo Pupin, presenting advanced railway projects and innovations.
The fair was also an excellent opportunity to meet students, present our programs, tools, and techniques, exchange contacts, and collect resumes from interested candidates. We organized an interactive knowledge game, with the most successful participants winning valuable prizes.
A special highlight of the event was the exhibition “Railway Education Through Time”, which celebrated 140 years of railway education tradition in Serbia. Events like these foster employment, promote the importance of dual education and connect educational institutions with the real needs of the labor market.
