In celebration of the Day of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade, a formal session of the Council took place yesterday, highlighting the institution’s accomplishments and honoring various companies and individuals for their contributions. On the recommendation of the Dean’s Council, the Mihajlo Pupin Institute was awarded a certificate of appreciation for its philanthropy and successful collaboration, demonstrated through the donation of valuable equipment and joint projects over the past period.

The equipment for testing fan gas burners, designed and manufactured in the Gas Technology Laboratory of the Mihajlo Pupin Institute, will lead to the improvement of laboratory capacities and the teaching process at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, thereby contributing to its development and affirmation.

The certificate of appreciation was received on behalf of the Institute by Director Dr Nikola Tomašević. “It is a great honor to receive an acknowledgment from the oldest and largest higher education and scientific institution in the field of mechanical engineering in the country and the region. The certificate is a confirmation of the many years of collaboration between the Institute and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, which has for years been educating the best professionals who, after graduation, become successful associates of the Institute. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering for recognizing our support, and we look forward to further collaboration,” said the Director of the Mihajlo Pupin Institute, Dr. Nikola Tomašević.
