A delegation from the “Chongqing” Research Institute in China visited the “Mihajlo Pupin” Institute last week. The Chongqing Institute was established four years ago and serves as a bridge between scientific-technological innovations and industry in southwestern China, exemplifying how university resources can be effectively utilized.

At the beginning of their visit to our Institute, the guests were welcomed by Marko Batić, PhD, Assistant Director for International Cooperation and Technology Transfer, who wished them a warm welcome. He presented the Institute’s activities, followed by presentations from Scientific Advisor Professor Aleksandar Rodić, PhD, Senior Research Associate Valentina Janev, PhD, and Senior Research Associate Nikola Zogović, PhD, who showcased projects in the fields of robotics and green technologies. The representatives of the Chinese delegation expressed interest in collaboration in several areas, and the meeting also provided an opportunity to present the ISIC 2024 conference.
