The InnoTrans Fair in Berlin is the leading international fair of the railway and transport technology. Every two years the InnoTrans Fair attracts more than 150,000 business visitors from 150 countries that come to find out more about the latest news and developments in the field of the railway transport.
This year the Institute “Mihajlo Pupin” participated at the Fair for the first time as an exhibitor presenting its railway program which included a range of solutions and products for the safety of the railway traffic. The Institute products enable railway operators to achieve significant cost savings due to minimum costs of implementation and maintenance.
The visitors of the InnoTrans Fair had the opportunity to see the following products at the Institute stand: the BROS Axle counter designed to control occupancy of the railway sections; the Universal Train-wheel Detector (UTD) for reliable and accurate detection of the wheels of the rail vehicles; LED signals for railways; LED indicator signal and MMI 10 – HMI safety command and control system for management, supervision and control of one or more railway safety devices.
Significant visit at the Institute stand and great interest in the products indicate that the Institute has interesting and competitive products designed for the railway traffic.
