The pupils of the eighth and the best students of other grades of elementary school “Mihajlo Pupin” from Idvor visited our Institute on Friday, June 20. Prof. Sanja Vraneš, director of the Institute, welcomed them and briefly introduced them with the Institute’s activities. After that, the children visited the Robotics Laboratory where they saw robot Nao, rover robot and quadricopter.
Part of the Institute’s tradition is to reward the best student of the final year of the elementary school in Idvor by granting them scholarship for further education. This year award went to Milica Kornović, and by handing her the certificate, Director of the Institute instructed her to keep on working hard in the future.
Finally, the lunch at the Institute’s restaurant was served for our little guests and their teachers, and they got symbolic presents which would remind them of the visit to the Institute.
