New VIEW4 SCADA web site is published. The VIEW4 Website is dedicated to the VIEW4 application, the latest release within the project VIEW SCADA (Supervisory, Control and Data Aquisition) developed and designed at the Automation & Control Ltd, the subsidiary division of the Institute Mihailo Pupin, Belgrade, Serbia. Although the original VIEW SCADA was designed primarily for needs of Electrical Power Systems (for the power generation, transmission and distribution), the nowadays VIEW4 is equally suitable for the implementations in other types of the distributed and local control systems. VIEW4 is an IMP registered name, which briefly describes its basic mission: “a view for … different purposes”.
