Developers of two companies of the Institute “Mihajlo Pupin”: View SCADA systems development in Automatika and Embedded systems in Telecommunications, have been successfully certified according to IT Mark model in cooperation with Serbian Software Cluster and European Software Institute (ESI) and ESI Center Bulgaria.
IT Mark model is intended to improve the processes of development in companies in the field of information technology, and includes evaluating the following areas:
- Business performance – using “10-squared” model
- Information Security – ISO 27001/27002 standards based
- Development Processes – CMMI – Maturity Level 2
