At the Partnership for Equality Conference: Building a Better Work Environment Together, marking 15 years of the work of the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, it was once again confirmed that respect for human rights and the prohibition of discrimination are not just legal obligations, but fundamental values of every modern society.

This year, the Institute Mihajlo Pupin had the honor of participating in the celebration of this important milestone, alongside representatives of embassies, chambers of commerce, non-governmental organizations, and leading domestic companies.

By signing the Partnership for Equality document, the Mihajlo Pupin Institute joined a network of companies and associations dedicated to preventing discrimination in the workplace and employment through the exchange of experiences and best practices.

The Institute consistently applies the principles of gender equality and actively promotes the creation of a work environment that fosters equality, inclusiveness, and mutual respect. Through its daily practices, the Institute demonstrates that these values extend beyond formal corporate policies; they represent a deeply held commitment and a continuous effort to build an equitable workplace.
