Permanent magnetic separators
Permanent magnetic separators are used for separation of iron splinters from different materials. They are primarily intended for the food industry (sugar, salt, feed mills, flour mills, silos, breweries, oil, packaging lines and repackaging of wholesale and retail trade, the tobacco industry, etc.) because they can be used for eliminating impurities from the salt, sugar, flour, all kinds of grain crops, various syrups, juices and similar.
All separators are designed and manufactured according to the customers’ requirements and adapted to fit the installation site. They are entirely made of stainless steel (inox), and, as they are equipped with permanent magnets, their service life is practically unlimited.
According to customer request the following types of separators are produced:

R-MAG Magnetic Device for prevention of crystallization – scale formation
R-MAG devices use permanent magnets to prevent scale formation in the water and other fluids.
The effect of the magnet is only physical (it changes crystal structure of minerals) so that the chemical composition of the treated liquid remains the same, and even very hard water becomes soft. The device breaks down the previously formed layer of lime and dissolved mineral salts are deposited as a sludge residue which is easily washed or blowed out.
R-MAG does not require external power supply and is made according to the customer’s request and installation site with a capacity of 15 liters/hour up to 200m3/sat.

Magnetic therapy is the application of electromagnetic field in therapy. The use of magnets for therapeutic purposes has been known for more than 3,000 years. Studies have shown that when the human body comes in contact with the permanent magnet’s magnetic field it affects the expansion and contraction of capillary blood vessels. This process affects the micro regulation of blood and decreases inflammation.
Magnetic therapy has proven effective in eliminating the pain of various origin, stiffness, it decreases inflammatory processes, reduces swellings after injuries and postoperative treatment of wounds of patients.
The therapy most commonly uses disk-shaped magnets with two magnetic poles that have different therapeutic characteristics. North pole magnet has a favorable effect in diseases caused by bacterial infections, and the South pole is effective in treating all types of pain, swellings and weaknesses.

MAGNETOPLAG is an appliance for subtle and prolonged stimulation of anal region for persons suffering from hemorrhoids. MAGNETOPLAG consists of magnetic stimulator placed in sturdy non aggressive material. The appliance’s active part ends with limiter.

«AKMA» Micro magnets
AKMA is micro magnetic therapeutic device for mild and long-term surface stimulation of bioactive (acupuncture) points of the skin. AKMA stimulates acupuncture points with its static concentrated magnetic field with flux density of 60 mT (600 Gauss) on the surface, the width and depth effects depending on the size of the magnet (at a depth of 5 to 20mm and the diameter of 8 to 35mm).
