Last week, the Mihajlo Pupin Institute hosted representatives of GE Vernova for a working meeting focused on strengthening research, development, and technological cooperation between IMP-Automatika and GE Vernova.

During the meeting, discussions centered on opportunities for the joint development of advanced software and system solutions in the field of digital power grids, with particular emphasis on GE Vernova’s Grid Software portfolio, including GridOS, as well as on the application of modern technologies in the modernization of energy systems across the region.

The meeting provided a valuable platform for the exchange of expert knowledge, the assessment of future development directions, and the planning of long-term cooperation that brings together industrial expertise and the research and development capabilities of the Mihajlo Pupin Institute.

The meeting was attended by Jon Terje Heggen, Director of Ecosystem & Partners for Europe; Stefano Vassena, Senior Client Partner; Ruslan Barba, Sales Manager for Eastern Europe; along with representatives of IMP-Automatika.

We look forward to continuing our joint activities aimed at driving innovation and developing reliable and sustainable energy solutions.
