At this year’s RAAD Conference 2025 – International Conference on Robotics in the Alpe-Adria-Danube Region, leading experts gathered to explore the frontiers of:
– Industrial and service robotics,
– Artificial intelligence,
– Autonomous systems,
– Smart mobility,
– Medical technologies

Hosted in Serbia and jointly organized by the Institute Mihajlo Pupin, the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, the event featured:
– Dozens of sessions on cutting-edge topics
– Live demonstrations of intelligent robots
– Talks on collaborative AI, embodied intelligence, and real-world applications

Our Robotics Center presented an AI-powered robot that learned how to solve puzzles, and Prof. Dr. Aleksandar Rodić delivered a keynote on “Collaborative Consciousness in Next-Gen Robots.”
“This conference reaffirms our region’s leadership in innovation. The growing convergence of AI and robotics opens vast potential, especially in healthcare and human-centered applications,” said Prof. Rodić.
