A group of students from the Tehnoart Secondary School, accompanied by their professors Veljko Marjanović and Milovan Gogić, visited the Mihajlo Pupin Institute on Thursday, May 8.

Curious and motivated students from the Computer-Control Technician program showed great interest in our projects, the technologies we use, and especially 3D printing and its practical applications.

After being introduced to the Institute’s work and areas of expertise, the students had the opportunity to observe how a 3D printer functions and how this technology contributes to the development of modern industrial solutions. Their numerous questions, open enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn reminded us of the importance of sharing knowledge and experience with those standing at a career crossroads.

The visit was initiated by Professor Veljko Marjanović, M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
“Our main motivation for organizing this visit was to introduce students to a well-structured professional environment where, with hard work and dedication, they might one day begin their own careers. The visit was very useful—we learned valuable information about 3D printing and the software used in this field of engineering. We’re very pleased with the experience and hope to continue this cooperation in the future,” said Professor Marjanović.

Our engineers especially appreciate these kinds of visits, as knowledge-sharing and mentorship were crucial to them at the start of their own careers.
“It’s a pleasure to see genuine interest from young people in what we do at the Institute. These encounters, which bridge theory and practice, aim to inspire students to grow and develop further,” said Igor Trojanović, professional engineer.

We thank the Tehnoart students for their visit—our doors are always open to curious and motivated young minds.
