The Job Fair, the fair of jobs for young experts, students and graduates of technical-technological faculties, takes place at the building of technical faculties of the University of Belgrade this year. The fair of jobs which bears the motto „Create your own future!“ is organized by EESTEC (Electrical Engineering Students’ European Association) from Belgrade and Board of European Students of Technology (BEST) from Belgrade. The fair is supported by the University of Belgrade and the deans of all ten technical and technological faculties.
The Insitute, as an employer, is very attractive for recruiting young people because it offers the possibility of a vocational training through a practical work on projects and through postrgraduate studies which are recommended for reserchers in accordance with job needs and their interests. Therefore, those who want to work at the Institute, except of a high average mark of the undergraduate studies, have to have research curiosity and teamwork ability which is necessary for the realizaton of complex and multidisciplinary projects.
The Institute takes part in this manifestation for the first time and the interest for working at the Institute was great. The crowd around our booth confirms that interest.
