Engineering and Research
June 1983 to present: Control and Robotics Engineer and Research Scientist in the Robotics Department, Mihajlo Pupin Institute, Belgrade, currently at the position of scientific adviser and scientific director, The working experience includes many projects dealing with simulation and control of complex large-scale systems, mathematical modeling and control synthesis of robotic systems and flying objects. Last 15 years, basic engineering activity and primary research interest of Dr Katić is in areas of intelligent control of industrial, service and humanoid robotics , intelligent information systems, computational intelligence, multi-agent systems and cognitive robotics.
