RE-FEM Final Policy Study
As part of the RE-FEM project (Upskilling pathways for REsiliency in the post-COVID era for FEMale Entrepreneurs, Erasmus+), a Final Study has been developed. The data collection and preparation of the study, within Work Package 5, were coordinated by the Institute Mihajlo Pupin. The study was officially presented at the final conference in Seville, held from October 1–3, 2025.
The study includes a comparative analysis of the situation and position of women entrepreneurs (Wes) in seven partner countries, an overview of existing strategic documents and programs, examples of good practices from pilot activities, and clearly articulated recommendations for policymakers, educational institutions, and the non-governmental sector.
The authors of the Final Policy Study are members of the team from the Center for Research, Development of Science and Technology at the Mihajlo Pupin Institute: Daniela Kuzmanović, MSc; Dr. Sanja Popović-Pantić; and Jovana Obradović, MA.
