Project Carousel is funded under the IPA Adrion Programme Priority: Supporting a greener and climate-resilient Adriatic-Ionian region. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE: 2.2 supporting circular economy development in the Adriatic –Ionian region.

Through the creation of local circular ecosystems, CAROUSEL promotes and tests an advanced up-cycling process by piloting approaches and solutions that increase the level of circular lifestyles in small villages and leads to behavioral changes of citizens, enterprises and local public authorities.
