Horizon Europe POLICY ANSWERS workshop in the Institute Mihajlo Pupin
On April 21st, 2023, the Mihajlo Pupin Institute organized the last workshop in a series of five workshops under the POLICY ANSWERS project, titled “How to improve business through advanced digital technologies?” at their premises.
Fourteen selected SMEs that had already participated in previously held workshops in Belgrade, Cacak, Novi Sad and Nis (attended by more than 100 participants) were present at the workshop. On this occasion, the companies had the opportunity to get acquainted with contemporary digital solutions (ERP innovation system and its modules, CRM and Power BI software systems) at an advanced level, which can help their company achieve competitiveness in the market.
In addition to certified lecturers Tijana Sekulic and Miodrag Kostic, Igor Jovanovski from Kameleon Solutions, the representative of Sales Force in the Republic of Serbia, was a guest at the workshop. Mr. Jovanovski introduced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to all participants.
