{"id":1880,"date":"2025-09-19T09:59:56","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T08:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pupin.rs\/cirnt\/?p=1880"},"modified":"2025-12-29T15:34:42","modified_gmt":"2025-12-29T14:34:42","slug":"launch-of-the-webinar-series-for-developing-the-roadmap-to-gender-equality-in-steam-education-research-innovation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pupin.rs\/cirnt\/launch-of-the-webinar-series-for-developing-the-roadmap-to-gender-equality-in-steam-education-research-innovation\/","title":{"rendered":"Launch of the Webinar Series for Developing the Roadmap to Gender Equality in STE(A)M Education, Research &#038;  Innovation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/streamit-project.eu\/\">STREAM IT project<\/a>, from <strong>September 2025 to May 2026<\/strong>, a series of international webinars will be organized to discuss key policies and practices in <strong>STE(A)M education, research, and innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1754 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pupin.rs\/cirnt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/1st-PW-HETFA-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to make a significant step forward towards advancing gender equality, these webinars will serve as a platform for developing a strategic document \u2013 the <strong><em>Roadmap for Gender-Inclusive STE(A)M Education and Careers<\/em><\/strong>. The Roadmap aims to provide recommendations and guidelines for the further development and improvement of public policies and practices in these areas. The entire process will culminate in a final conference, bringing together key stakeholders from across Europe to discuss the next steps in implementing the Roadmap.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The organization of the international webinars involves the following STREAM IT project partners: <a href=\"https:\/\/hetfa.eu\/\">H\u00c9TFA Research Institute<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steinbeis-europa.de\/de\/ueber-uns\">Steinbeis Europa Zentrum<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rapiv.org\/bg\/\">RAPIV<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ubbcluj.ro\/en\/\">Universitatea Babe\u015f-Bolyai<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pupin.rs\/en\/home\/\">Institut Mihajlo Pupin<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/mir.org.mk\/en\/\">Foundation for Management and Industrial Research<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eitfood.eu\/in-your-area\/clc-north-east\">EIT Food-Poland<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wonderfund.eu\/\">Wonderfund AB<\/a> i\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stemisland.is\/\">STEM \u00cdsland<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The first webinar <\/strong>will be held on <strong>23 September 2025<\/strong>, starting at <strong>11:00 AM<\/strong>. Registration links for the upcoming webinars will be available on the STREAM IT project\u2019s social media channels: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/projectstreamit\/\">LinkedIn<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=61558486186687\">Facebook<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/projectstreamit\">Instagram<\/a> \u00a0i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@projectstreamit\">YouTube<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Webinar 1 (September 23, 2025):<\/strong> <strong>European Manifesto for Gender-Inclusive STE(A)M Education and Careers.<\/strong> This session will connect with four STE(A)M-related projects to discuss and reflect on which principles or activities should be included in the Manifesto, also including a reflection on the Union of Skills and the STEM Strategic Plan.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Webinar 2 (October 8, 2025):<\/strong> <strong>The State of Gender Equality in STE(A)M in Europe.<\/strong> We will review key findings from the <a href=\"https:\/\/projects.research-and-innovation.ec.europa.eu\/en\/knowledge-publications-tools-and-data\/interactive-reports\/she-figures-2024\"><strong>She Figures 2024<\/strong><\/a> report, the results of the <strong>STREAM IT<\/strong> research, and insights from other EU-funded projects to explore their implications for policy and practice.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Webinar 3 (November 6, 2025):<\/strong> <strong>Institutional Change in Higher Education &amp; Research.<\/strong> This webinar will showcase and discuss best practices that foster STE(A)M education and careers. Representatives from projects like <a href=\"https:\/\/eit-girlsgocircular.eu\/\"><strong>Girls Go Circular<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/eismea.ec.europa.eu\/esteam-fests-and-communities-girls-and-women_en\"><strong>ESTEAM Fests<\/strong><\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/witec-eu.net\/\"><strong>WiTEC EU<\/strong><\/a> will share their experiences and offer suggestions for future policymaking.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Webinar 4 (February 2026):<\/strong> <strong>STE(A)M Education &amp; Gender Perspectives.<\/strong> This session will address gender gaps in higher education, secondary education, and schools, with a focus on promoting diversity in STE(A)M fields.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Webinar 5 (March 2026):<\/strong> <strong>STE(A)M, Entrepreneurship &amp; Innovation.<\/strong> We will explore ways to strengthen gender inclusivity in higher education, research, innovation, and business, with a specific focus on female entrepreneurs.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Webinar 6 (May 2026):<\/strong> <strong>Towards Gender-Inclusive STE(A)M Education and Careers: A Policy Dialogue.<\/strong> This final webinar will engage a broad group of stakeholders to assess and refine the recommendations collected during the previous sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the STREAM IT project, from September 2025 to May 2026, a series of international webinars will be organized to discuss key policies and practices in STE(A)M education, research, and innovation.
