IMP Organization

Since 1997. Institute “Mihailo Pupin” is organized as a holding company, with a number of daughter companies, formed according to their programs and existing tradition. Holding function is related to joint financial management, marketing, quality policy, planning, major investments and long-term development, as well as the market appearance. Daughter companies are independent as far as contracting and some project realization is concerned and they are responsible for their own technical performance and financial results.
Companies that work within the IMP-Science and Technology Park are completely independent economic entities which may cooperate with other companies when the common interest exists.
