Organizational skills and membership in professional associations   Sanja P. Pantic is a leading national consultant in female entrepreneurship, specialized for innovation in SME sector. She has been chairing Woman’s Entrepreneurship Group within Enterprise Europe Network since May 2015, which is getting together the representatives of 12 EU countries.She has published two papers in the international journals recognized at the SCI list, two in the national journals, plenty in other international and national books of papers and two books in  female entrepreneurship. Her academic background is related to innovation in enterprises and gender aspects of innovative entrepreneurship. Since 1997. she has been involved in the projects funded by the national Ministry of Science but also, in different EU funded projects as an innovation consultant. She has been a leader of the biggest national Association of female entrepreneurs in Serbia – Association of Business Women,for 18 years, and in that capacity she has run more than 150 projects including IPA funding projects focusing development and strengthening of the innovativeness and competitiveness of Serbian SME-s run by women.
Published papers, books and participation in projects   Author and co-author of around 30 scientific papers, two  in international journals at SCI list,  two in the leading national journals, plenty in other international and national books of papers and two books in  female entrepreneurship.. Participated in 20 national and international research projects and around 150 in the area of woman’ entrepreneurship funded by  Delegation of EU, USAID, European Commission, GIZ, Centar for International Private Enterprise-CIPE from Washington D.C, Canadian Embassy etc.
