September 2012 – Mr Phil Carter, the world famous expert from the electromagnetic compatibility area and the UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) consultant held the third cycles of the training for the personnel of the testing laboratory of the EMC Serbia Project. These trainings were organized with the help of the GIZ/ACCESS Project Office –the German bilateral assistance program for the development of the quality infrastructure in Serbia.
