In the period from 8 th to 10 th of April, delegation from Kinshasa Water Supply and enterprise REGIDESO visited Institute „Mihailo Pupin“. Delegation consisted of the following members,:
- Mr. DESIRE BAGBENI ADEITO, Technical director (Administrateur Directeur General)
- Mr. MEDARD ILUNGA MWAMBA, Director of Procurement (Directeur des Approvisionnements)
- Mr. BOPILI LELIWANGA, representative of the ruling party (Représentant en RDC)
- Mr. DENIS TSHILUMBA, Director of the company NIMBA, Consultant representing Institute „Mihailo Pupin“ in DR Congo
Institute “Mihailo Pupin” was represented by:
- Mr. Jovan Kon, Assistant managing director of the Institute
- Mr. Dragomir Aleksić, Director of the company „IMP-Sensors and measurements“
Complete possibilities of the Institute “Mihailo Pupin” with special emphasis on the realization in water supply systems were presented during the visit. Realization of SCADA system in Belgrade Water supply and sewage: Control center – Mostar and Pumping station – Railway station was also demonstrated.
Guests were very impressed with presented possibilities and it was agreed that Institute should offer the development of Feasibility Study for modernization of Water supply of city Kinshasa in DR Congo. After projecting this study, the Institute should deliver equipment and realize modern SCADA system for supervisory and control of city Kinshasa Water Supply.
Protocol of meeting and other activities was signed at the end of negotiations.
